Soothing tropical decor with bright colorful accents stimulate the senses in these centrally located Cabanas.  Each Cabana is a large, bright & airy suite featuring a sitting area and sleeping alcove with vaulted ceilings.  There are two Front Porch Cabanas on Simonton Street, perfect for people watching, and four Garden Cabanas nestled in this secluded tropical setting. 

Not just a beach shack, each Cabana features kitchenette, full refrigerator, four burner range, microwave, 1 queen bed & 1 queen sofa sleeper or 2 queen beds,  television, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, and best of all, daily maid service.

We currently can offer you something extra...use of the Southernmost House's pool**.  Check out one of the most famous Key West landmarks while relaxing at their pool & bar!

* Prices are subject to change.  Holiday & special event pricing may be higher.  Longer minimum stays and 30 day cancellation may be required.   Sales tax (currently 11.5%) is not included.
** Pool access is subject to availability determined by the Southernmost House, not Rent Key West Vacations.

Policies:
Rates quoted are for two (2) persons.  Maximum occupancy varies from 2 - 4 persons.  Extra person charges apply for additional persons to max. occupancy.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express along with cash, travelers checks and money orders.  No personal checks are accepted within 30 days of arrival.

We require a deposit to secure the reservation with a signed contract with Rent Key West Vacations equal to one half of the room & tax.  The balance is 30 days prior to arrival.  Reservations cancelled more than 14 days before arrival will be refunded the deposit less a $20 bookkeeping fee per room reserved.  Reservations shortened or cancelled 14 days or less will be responsible for the first night and any additional nights up to the full stay if we are unable to rebook the room.  No refund for early departures.

Weekly rates do not apply to holiday periods.  Special rates require minimum 7 night stay.  Additional nights will be prorated at weekly rate.  Additional person charges apply.
