	What's in the neighborhood... There are a number of things to see in the immediate area around the Cabanas.  You  are only two blocks from the infamous Southernmost Point marker.  Around the corner on Duval Street is the Key West Butterfly Conservatory, which is a definite "must" see on your list of things to do.  The Southernmost House on the corner of South & Duval is one of the most photographed buildings on the island and has an eclectic museum inside.  As an added convenience, there is a trolley stop located right around the corner, where you can get a ride and learn some of Key West's history all at the same time.  If you want to rub arms with the locals, try Dennis Pharmacy up the street on Simonton & United for breakfast! Parking As with most Key West locations, parking is very tight in the neighborhood.  There is metered parking directly in front of the Cabanas on Simonton Street.  We recommend unloading while in the metered spaces, then moving your vehicle to South or United Streets to an unmetered space.  Non-Monroe County residents are prohibited from parking in any street spaces marked "Residential Parking" on the pavement.
